1. Enter the Title i.e however your kids wanted to call you
2. Enter your kid's details i.e first name & date of birth into our personalization box.
3. Review the details to make sure it is correct. Remember, that whatever you've written will be the exact details we will be using. No one can review your proof after the order is submitted.
*Don't want to provide details? Just leave the personalization box empty. When you click confirm, it will remove the sample text and leave it blank. Don't type "Leave Blank" as it will enter that text.

* Some modifications will require an additional cost.
* There is a max of two revisions per custom order. Additional changes cost $5 per request.
* Requests for revisions or delay in response will delay your order and change any promise by date.
* All times listed are just an estimate and not a guarantee. All estimates are based on after the proof is approved.
* When purchasing a shipping upgrade, only the shipping upgrade amount will be refunded in the case of a delay.
* No refunds will be given if we do not meet your requested delivery date AND you did not purchase upgraded shipping or contact us beforehand.
* Holidays may affect production times.
* We etch glasses using a laser, which scratches the surface of the glass. It cannot be engraved into the glass or go deeper below the surface. By nature, it is semi-transparent. It will always look best against dark colors. It cannot be done in color. Since it is scratching the glass, it is natural to have some inconsistencies around the edges.
* We only accept cancellations before an order is made. If you need to cancel an order and the design proof has already been made, there will be a charge of $5 per design.
